What is Non-Ablative Fractional Laser?
Unlike CO2, the Non-Ablative laser uses specific wavelengths (typically 1540 nm for Erbium Glass or 1927 nm for Thulium) that can pass through the epidermis without vaporizing it.
Unlike ablative lasers, it does not remove the skin surface, but acts deep down by stimulating cellular regeneration through controlled heat, activating the production of collagen and elastin in the dermis.
